Hey UA Gang!

I hope all is well! I am happy to announce that Episode 24 is here! I may be biased but this is probably one of my best episodes yet!

In this episode we talk about, first and foremost, how much I missed you! It's been 3 months since the last episode. Woowww so much has happened, and I can’t wait to share it all with you over the course of the next couple of weeks!

Then we talk about the journey of elevation and the grace, growth, and grief you experience on the journey. I don’t think people talk about this enough!

We also discuss my battle with tobacco, specifically Black & Milds. OMG this has been one of the hardest battles I have had to fight over the last year and some change. I am happy to announce June 11 began my tobacco free journey. Listen to hear about how I’m conquering my addiction.

Last but not least, I provide some updates about the next 18. Can you believe there is only 6 months left until the new journey begins. Woww!
